Healthy and simple pasta

This is one of my favorite recipes to make when I don't have time but am at home and want to make something healthy.



For 1 person:


Ingredients:


  • your favorite pasta for 1 person;

  • 6 cherry tomatoes;

  • 2 handful hands of spinach;

  • 1 small can of chickpeas or beans;

  • half a cucumber;

  • 5 fresh mushrooms;

  • salt;

  • oregano;

  • powder garlic;

  • olive oil;

  • black pepper.



How to make it:


  • First cook the pasta with salt;

  • In a pan put a tablespoon of olive oil and all the veggies, let them cook, and when the pasta is done put it on the pan with the veggies. When you see that the pasta and vegetables are a golden color put a little bit of olive oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of powdered garlic, a pinch of black pepper, and a teaspoon of oregano.

  • Mix it all and enjoy it!
