You need to apply sunscreen everyday no matter the weather. But did you know that sunscreen needs to be reapplied every two hours?

Sunscreen protects your skin from UVA and UVB rays that cause wrinkles, cancer, dark spots, burns, and many other skin problems.

I know that probably you think it's hard to find a way to reapply it without damaging your makeup but that is not true.

You have on the market a lot of options that not only make it look the same but also add glow or a matte finish to your makeup.

You can use sunscreen powders, sunscreen mists, sunscreen sticks, and the same sunscreen of the morning applied with a sponge.

My personal favorites are the powders and the mists because they are very easy to reapply.

When you want a matte finish or you have oily skin, the powders will protect and mattify your skin and makeup and the mists and sticks will give an amazing glow to your skin making it look very dewy.

These are some products I recommend:

Tinted Sunscreen:

Tinted sunscreens are great to apply as your first SPF of the day because it gives you coverage and also protects your skin from blue light (from your phones and computers).

Avène SPF (from Pinterest)

This sunscreen is great when you are tan and want glowing and healthy skin in the morning.

It is a mineral sunscreen, SPF 50 which is great because it will really protect your skin.

It is formulated with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, sunflower seed oil, and vitamin E, which also gives you antioxidant protection and benefits. Antioxidants are very powerful when paired with sunscreen.

I don't recommend it for oily skin as it is very dewy.

The price is 15 euros.

Bioderma SPF (from Pinterest)

This is my personal favorite sunscreen. It is from Bioderma, and what I love the most about it is that it soothes the skin, it helps with sensitivity, you can choose between colors, so you can find your true color, this way you are not going to look lighter or darker than the rest of your body, which happens a lot with tinted sunscreens.

It has a very natural finish but also gives you some nice coverage.

I would not recommend it for oily skin because it doesn´t leave a matte finish.

It costs 23 euros.

Non tinted SPF:

Granier SPF (from Pinterest)

This sunscreen is from the drugstore, you can find it everywhere.

It is great because it is lightweight, it contains ingredients that help dark spots and it is formulated with hyaluronic acid to hydrate the skin, silica that helps control oil, sodium hyaluronate, an ingredient you probably see in a lot of ingredient lists of many products, this one helps to soothe the skin and prevent premature signs of aging and others like vitamin E, an antioxidant.

I think someone with oily skin will love this product.

The price is less than 15 euros.

Uriage SPF (from Pinterest)

This sunscreen is chemical, very lightweight, and great for sensitive skin, even if it is not greasy I think it is still very dewy for oily or combination with oily skin.

It melts onto the skin beautifully, I use it forever and it contains vitamin C and E so you are getting really good antioxidant protection with this one.

The price is 15 to 20 euros.

Sunscreen (From Pinterest)

This sunscreen is all over social media, it is really great for everyone that loves a good chemical sunscreen that melts into the skin like water.

They have it tinted too, I don't like the fact that the color is very red/orange so if you are like me and want a tinted SPF to opt for a different one. But in case you are looking for a non-tinted one, this is great, however, I don't suggest it to someone with dry skin as the lightweight formula becomes matte on the skin.

If you have normal, oily or combination skin this can become a favorite of yours really fast, especially because it costs 20 euros so it is not expensive.

Some ingredients are sodium citrate (an antioxidant), propanediol (to hydrate the skin), terephthalylidene dicamphor sulfonic acid (a UV filter that is anti-aging).

Sun Mist:

This is the best way to reapply SPF during the day if you have makeup on or if you want an instant glow.

This is great because it will not leave your face white and it will give you a dewy look without that oily glow.

A lot of dermatologists say that you should still rub it on but I know that if you have makeup on you are not going to do it so my tip is to press it on with your hands or with a sponge all over your face.

It costs 12 to 15 euros.

SPF Powder:

This is my favorite SPF mineral powder because it looks really good on the skin, protects from blue light, and takes the shine away from the skin that appears during the day.

I suggest it for normal, oily and combination skin types, for dry skin I think it may be drying so it is better a mist or a stick.

You can keep it in every bag because it is small.

You have to activate it, so you need to hit the bottom. When you see powder coming off you are ready to apply it.

It is formulated with both titanium and zinc oxide and costs 30 euros.

Last but not least, SPF Stick:

SPF Stick (from Pinterest)

This is probably one of the most popular sunscreen sticks.

It is from Shiseido, it is clear and can be used on the face and body.

Sticks are the best for every dry skin and it's great if you deal with dark spots because it contains licorice, a plant-based ingredient that helps fade dark spots, and vitamin E which works as an antioxidant to protect your skin from dark spots and aging because of the sun.

You can buy it at Douglas in Europe for 30 euros and for 29 dollars in the US.
