Makeup you need this summer

Hello again everyone! Today I am telling you my recommendations for your makeup bag.

Summer is the time of the year for natural makeup, dewy and glowy skin, and sunkissed makeup.

So these are my suggestions for products to add to your routine and pack for your vacations!

Let's start with the base, we want glowy skin but in some zones, we need to blur them, but we can also use bronzy drops to look more tan, so we will need three of these items:

• For a tan look, we will go with the Versed bronzy drops, they are great to look tan and have skin benefits;

• For a blurring look on the T-zone, we will use the Nude by Nature matte primer;

• And for glowy, dewy skin we have so many great options but my pick would be the Hello Sunday illuminating primer, this is great because it also has SPF50.

Now it's a foundation or tinted moisturizer, it needs to be a natural finish because in summer we like to show skin:

• The Merit stick foundation is great for use all over the face or as a concealer, I personally love stick foundations, I find them to be very natural and easy to use;

• The Honest Beauty tinted moisturizer is your best friend for summer because it has vitamin C and at this time of the year, we need antioxidants more than ever.

Next is concealer, we all love to use just concealer during the summer months, especially in the daytime as we sweat a lot.

• RMS concealer, it's a creamy concealer that covers in a natural way;

• Also, the Kosas liquid concealer is a great option as it brights the under eyes.

Now is bronzer and contour, this time we need a cream or liquid one of course as it lasts long but because it's summer and makeup doesn't last long it's good to set it with a powder one:

• For a cream bronzer, I recommend the Rare Beauty bronzer of course, this one is the best cream bronzer because not only looks like skin but also blends so easily like no other;

• For cream contour, I suggest the Tower 28 soft cream contour, if you want a sculpt and tan look you can either use bronzy drops and contour or a cream contour and a powder bronzer;

• For powder bronzer, my favorite is the Hourglass ambient bronzer, this is a recent favorite but I always wanted to buy it and I did some days ago and I fell in love I use it every day because you will look so elegant, tan, and sunkissed because of the glow, there is nothing like this one and if you travel a lot or are like me who doesn't use a lot of makeup and not every day or have a lot of makeup the mini one will last and it's cheaper;

• For powder contour, I personally don't use it but I recommend the Patrick Ta contour, it has a powder and cream side, this brand is great, I love the blushes so much.

Let's now talk about highlighters, this is my must-have I need it even if I just did my skincare sometimes I love to put on a liquid highlighter because it looks so natural and you can't look dewy without a highlighter:

• Armani sheer fluid is the best highlighter that exists, you put it on and it looks like the glow is from the skin and not the makeup, and there as so many shades, the 5 and 8 are great as a blush too;

• The RMS Luminizer x quad is such a good palette because you have a glowy cream bronzer and three highlighter shades you can use as a highlighter or eyeshadow, it's great to travel too.

Blush is my favorite makeup product, it gives your face life, you put on blush and concealer and you can go out looking put together. This is probably the category I will have the most difficulty choosing but let's do it:

• For a liquid one I recommend the Soft pinch blush from Rare Beauty, the joy or happy shade, and for a natural look mix it in your hand with a liquid highlighter and apply it with your fingers;

• The cream one for me would be the melting blush from Rare Beauty but I know a lot of people think it looks too natural so my suggestion is the Milk Makeup blush in rally;

• To top it you can use the RMS powder blush, a pink glowy blush is always the vibe for summer.

Now we need to set everything so let's talk powders:

• Of course, we have great powders and I have some favorites but the one you really need is the Laura Mercier powder;

• But because when we travel or when we need to keep it in the bag to reapply during the day having a loose powder can be messy I suggest also a pressed one, and that would have to be the bareMinerals pressed powder, the pressed version of the amazing loose mineral veil powder.

Let's continue with eyeshadow, as much as a lot of us love to use the bronzer as an eyeshadow we still have the nights out when we want some fun in the eyes.

• The mini pallets are your best friends for vacations, I suggest the Charlotte Tilbury pillow talk one, as a nude eyeshadow palette;

• If you love to play with eyeshadow I love purples and pinks too, so my recommendation is the Revolution pink palette.

Now is mascara:

• I personally love natural mascara, I have big lashes and usually don't use mascara but if you want a mascara, for a more natural look I suggest the Maybelline sky-high mascara;

• If you want full lashes the best option is the Merit mascara, which will give long and full lashes.

For brows, I know a lot of people love only brow gel, I personally do, and a clear one, but some of you prefer a pencil one or powder or even tinted brow gel so here comes the suggestions for all likes:

• My favorite clear brow gel is the Anastasia Beverly Hills one;

• You also have it in the tinted version;

• If you are a pencil girl you will love the Kosas brow pencil;

• In case you prefer a powdery brow the best option and easiest one is the Rare Beauty.

We are almost done with your makeup kit, we all love lips and there are so many beautiful ways to make your lips look great:

• For lip balm, I recommend the Aquaphor one, in case you prefer a tinted one I love the Tarte, if you love a scented one you can get the Rhode scented ones.

• Lip liner is a must and I love the Rare Beauty lip liner;

• For lipstick, I love the Charlotte Tilbury pillow talk , but if it's a night out red lips are always welcomed so I suggest the MAC ones.

To set our makeup look we need a spray and I can't live without the:

• Rare Beauty face mist.
