My anti-inflammatory turmeric latte

The benefits of turmeric:
Turmeric is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties and has been used for years in chinese traditional medicine. It has the ability to protect the body by neutralizing free radicals and pollution and helping with anxiety.
Some studies have shown it can help with much more like kidney health and cholesterol.
I have seen Miranda Keer talking a lot about turmeric and its benefits and many skincare companies started including it in their products like Kora Organics, Neutrogena, Kiehls, and Herbivore.
But the good thing about these natural ingredients is that you can ingest them and benefit from their benefits from the inside out.
So let's start with my morning turmeric latte recipe:
Ingredients:
a mug of gluten-free oat milk;
1 shot of expresso;
1 teaspoon of honey;
1 coffee spoon of turmeric powder;
pinch of ginger powder;
1 coffee spoon of vanilla extract;
pinch of cinnamon powder.
How to make it:
warm the milk in one big mug and in a smaller mug or cup put a shot of expresso, the vanilla extract, the ginger, the cinnamon, and the turmeric, and mix it all.
Then when the milk is done put everything from the small mug on the big one and mix, then add the honey mix it all until it's foamy (if you have a little blender use it as it's easier) then enjoy it!
