Yes, you can make simple and easy snacks at home that are still healthy. They are delicious and will make you save money.

Oatmeal:
On a pan put a little bit of salt and water;
Then add plant-based milk with cinnamon and mix it;
After that put the oatmeal and some seeds if you like on the pan and mix it all until it boils;
When you start to see the milk is absorbed and the oats starting to look cooked take it off and put it on a bowl and add fruit, more cinnamon, and honey:
Then just enjoy your warm sweet oatmeal.

Yogurt and Fruit:
Grab a plant-based coconut yogurt and put it in a bowl;
Add some chia seeds and granola;
Add some berries;
And it´s ready! See? It's easy and delicious.

A bagel with veggies:
Toast the bagel;
Put tartar sauce on the two sides of the bagel;
Add cucumber and tomato;
Add lecture;
Enjoy it.

Fruit Salad:
Cut your favorite fruits and mix them together in a bowl.

Green Smoothie:
On a blender put:
Half an avocado;
Chia seeds;
Banana;
Spinach;
Coconut milk;
Kiwi.

Summer juice:
On a blender put:
Pineapple;
Mango;
Papaya;
Peach;
Spinach;
Water.

Hot homemade latte:
Hot Vanilla Soy Plant-Based Milk (Alpro);
Add the hot coffee;
Blend the too with an electric blender to create a creamy top and add cinnamon.
(No need to add coffee because the milk is already sweet)
